Returns

    RETURNS: Massi Stock intends to guarantee the complete satisfaction of its Customers, offering them the possibility of returning one or more items and receiving a refund equal to the price of the returned items. The return must necessarily take place at the expense and under the responsibility of the Customer within 14 calendar days of delivery and only on the condition that the returned items are intact and never used. These provisions are in line with Legislative Decree 206/2005 ( Consumer Code), which protects the rights of consumers in Italy.

    RETURN CONDITIONS

    To send one or more returns to Massi Stock, the Customer is required to respect specific conditions:
    A) - All items on sale on the website www.massistock.com are delivered to the Customer with an authenticity tag attached to the item. The garment must be tried on without removing the tag and without tampering with the authenticity tag. The return will be accepted only with the authenticity tag perfectly intact. Under no circumstances will returns be accepted with the authenticity tag cut, broken, detached, removed or tampered with.
    B) - The items to be returned must not have been worn, ironed, washed or treated in any way.
    C) - The items must necessarily be returned in the same conditions in which they were sent to the Customer and must be packaged and packaged appropriately.
    D) - All other labels on the garment, both in fabric and hanging, must necessarily be intact and in no case removed from the article.
    E) - The goods to be returned must be physically delivered to the shipper no later than 14 days from the date of delivery.
    F) - The Customer who wishes to make a change of size, color or item must forward the return procedure and place a new order on the website www.massistock.com.
    In the event of failure to comply with one of the above conditions, Massi Stock reserves the right not to accept the returned goods and to send them back to the Customer at the latter's expense.

     

    4.2 THE RETURN PROCEDURE

    1. A) - To request return authorization, the Customer must send a request to onlinemassistock@gmail.com within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. The codes of the items you intend to return must be specified in the email. Once the return request has been received, Massi Stock customer service will send the Customer a written confirmation with the specifications to follow.
      B - The shipping price will be paid by the Customer.

    Shipping is at the Customer's risk: Massi Stock is not responsible for any loss or damage due to inadequate packaging or delay in delivery. The items must be returned in the same packaging in which they were received or with the same method and type of the same. All returned items will be inspected by Massi Stock staff who will verify compliance with the conditions and parameters listed in the return procedure. Massi Stock reserves the right to evaluate further charges that may be necessary to guarantee the re-sale of the returned items. These amounts will be established at the end of the evaluation of the conditions of the returns and communicated to the Customer.

     

    REIMBURSEMENT

    If the return procedure has been carried out correctly, in compliance with all conditions, the Customer will receive an email confirming acceptance of the return. The refund due will be made no later than 14 calendar days in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 206/2005, which may include credit to credit card, Paypal, or bank transfer depending on the original payment method . If the order was paid by cash on delivery, the refund will be made by bank transfer.
