Returns and Refunds Policy - Massistock.com
Massi Stock allows you to return one or more items and get a refund of their price. The return must take place within 14 days from the date of delivery, under the responsibility and at the expense of the customer, and only if the items are undamaged, unused and with original labels.
1. How to initiate a return/exchange
- Italy & EU Countries - since RESI Portalenter order number and e-mail and follow the wizard.

- Contact onlinemassistock@gmail.com To receive return authorization.
- After receiving authorization, fill out the non-EU return form (found in the initial package or downloadable here: Download form).
- Ship - at your own expense and by tracked courier - to:

2. Conditions to be met
- Authenticity tag intact and untampered with;
- Unworn, ironed, washed or treated garments;
- Return in the same condition as received, with proper packaging;
- Internal and external labels present and intact;
- Return shipping Within 14 days from the date of delivery;
- If the conditions are violated, the return may be refused and the goods sent back to the customer at his or her expense.

For exchanges (Exchange), a fixed return charge of €1.50 is added, if due.
5. Original shipment of the order
- The cost of the original shipment non-refundable and is deducted from the final repayment amount.
- If the original shipment was free, the order will be refunded in full.
6. Timing of reimbursement
The refund is issued by 48 working hours From receipt and verification of the return. It may take 2-5 working days for the credit to appear in the account.
7. Non-EU returns and customs duties
- Contact customer service to request return authorization: onlinemassistock@gmail.com
- Return charged to the customer, with extra-EU return form in the package.
- All customs clearance costs are the responsibility of the customer; if charged to Massi Stock they will be deducted from the refund.
- Uncleared parcels may not arrive at the warehouse, making refunds impossible.
8. Quality control & shipping responsibility
The customer is responsible for packing and shipping: Massi Stock does not respond Of loss or damage from inadequate packaging.
Items must be shipped with the same type of packaging with which they were received or equivalent.
All items will be inspected and verified, Massi Stock reserves the right not to accept a return if it does not meet the conditions listed; any additional charges will be charged to the customer prior communication.
