L'offer and sale of products on www.massistock.com are governed by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The General Terms and Conditions of Sale may be updated from time to time; those published on www.massistock.com accepted at the time of check out shall be considered effective and binding.
Please read the Terms and Conditions of Sale carefully before making your purchase.
Method of Purchase
A descriptive sheet is displayed for each product you choose, with the picture and essential features, by way of example: color, size, unit price.
The images and colors of the products offered for sale on www.massistock.com may not correspond to the actual ones due to the Internet browser and/or monitor used Massi Stock is not responsible for any inaccuracies due to a particular computer configuration or its malfunction.
Product availability
The products offered for sale and their prices are those listed on Massi Stock
If, at the time of ordering, products are not available the corresponding size is not displayed.
If, due to simultaneous purchase by several customers, the ordered product is no longer available, an order cancellation e-mail is sent.
Massi Stock may change at any time and without notice the products offered for sale onwww.massistock.com and the corresponding price.
Product price
The price of each item is given in Euros.
The cost of shipping is indicated before payment.
ORDER
Order
L'placing a purchase order implies knowledge of these general conditions of sale and their unconditional acceptance.
Orders may be placed upon registration and/or creation of a personal account ("register for free") of the Customer. Please remember to read carefully the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Orders are filled by following the steps and instructions specified on the site.
L'purchase of products offered for sale on www.massistock.com may be made by consumers/customers who have reached the age of majority and are acting exclusively on their behalf.
The sale and/or distribution of products purchased on www.massistock.com is prohibited.
Massi Stock reserves the right to evaluate the acceptance of orders received.
Massi Stock will notify the customer by e-mail of any inability to accept orders received.
Order confirmation
The Customer receives at the conclusion of the purchase written confirmation of the ordered product, the amount to be paid, with details of the product price and shipping costs.
Methods of payment
Massi Stock accepts the following methods of payment:
Credit cards (including prepaid, postepay)
Massi Stock accepts payments made with the following credit and debit cards :Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro,
Paypal,
Klarna.
Any other payment formulas can only be accepted at the discretion of Massi Stock. For more information and/or clarification you can send an email to Massi Stock the products ordered remain the property of Massi Stock until Suit collection of the relevant price.
SHIPPING METHODS
Information on shipping methods are indicated at the time of purchase, are the responsibility of the customer and are charged to the credit and debit card at the time of purchase.
Shipping costs
All purchases are delivered via couriers GLS, Fedex, UPS, DHL. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
ITALY : Standard shipping has a cost of 7 euros, except for promotions, when applicable, indicated on the site that provide free delivery.
EU : Shipments made with Fedex, UPS and DHL and their costs will be calculated during checkout.
Rest of the World : Shipments made with Fedex, UPS and DHL and related costs will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery zones
Delivery of products is made to the address requested by the Customer (we do not ship to PO boxes).
