Shipping policy
Shipping:Shipping is free nationwide for orders over €200.00.
For orders less than €200.00, shipping costs are €7.00.
Massi Stock ships to Italy and all over the world using the express courier services GLS, FedEx, DHL, UPS. All goods shipped by Massi Stock are carefully packed.
ORDER FULFILLMENT
All regularly filled and paid orders will be processed within the same business day if placed by 12:00 noon (Monday through Friday). Shipments depart from Massi Stock (Italy) on business days only, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be handled the following Monday.
FOLLOW THEIR SHIPMENT ONLINE
Massi Stock offers its customers a trackable shipping service at all times through its ShippyPro service. The customer will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail with the tracking code (GLS, FedEx, UPS, DHL) to check the status of the shipment.
WORLD SHIPMENTS
Shipments can be of the following types DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) o DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), depending on the destination address.
DDP - to EU countries (Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Hungary), where VAT is already calculated and included in the purchase price.
DDU - To non-EU or non-Schengen countries not subject to payment of VAT on the purchase price. For all DDU mode shipments, All customs clearance costs, duties, taxes and import fees ALWAYS remain the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by Massi Stock.
DELIVERY TIME
Delivery time depends on the destination area of the products:
ITALY (DDP): Approximate delivery 1-3 working days after shipment.
EU European countries (DDP) / Non-EU European countries (DDU) / Rest of the world: delivery timelines are calculated in real time at checkout.
DELIVERY CONDITIONS
After delivery, the customer must carefully inspect the package before signing. If the package is found to be tampered with or not intact, he/she may sign with reservation or refuse the delivery.
Any anomalies should be reported promptly to the area courier (GLS, FedEx, UPS, DHL) and to Massi Stock by writing to onlinemassistock@gmail.com.
If the customer refuses delivery, all shipping charges for returning the package to Massi Stock will be deducted from the refund. If the shipment is not delivered due to an incorrect address or absent recipient, the package will be returned to Massi Stock at the customer's expense and that amount will be deducted from any refund.
